While working with the arts presenting organization Portland Ovations, I crafted print, digital, and video assets to promote over 40 performances and fundraising initiatives per season. Materials included display and print ads, direct mail pieces, bus shelter ads, social media assets, emails, videos, and event photography. Every piece had to be unique to the artists, event, or initiative it promoted while remaining true to the overarching Ovations brand.
Taylor Mac A 24 - Decade History of Popular Music
Promotional assets for Taylor Mac took inspiration from several photos and one video provided by the tour. These were used as the base for the production of direct mail pieces, print ads, the show program, a 30-second TV spot, and social media content. This visually stunning campaign resulted in a sold-out performance at the city's largest rock venue.


Direct Mail
Portland Ovations relied heavily on direct mail and needed pieces that could promote multiple shows within one piece. I designed quarter-fold, self-contained mailers that included a calendar of upcoming performances, which recipients could hang up as a reminder of shows to come. In addition to this project, I produced show-specific and series-specific postcard mailers and invitations for fundraising events using Photoshop and InDesign.





Raising The Barre Campaign
During the 2019 - 2020 season, Portland Ovations launched an initiative titled Raising The Barre to increase funding for their dance programming. As part of the campaign, donors were invited to a salon. In addition to producing an invitation for the event, I designed a presentation about the program and pieces for the attendees to take home. Raising The Barre also included print advertising, fliers, and bus shelter ads. These pieces, designed using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and PowerPoint, incorporated the Ovations brand with elements that resonate with dance enthusiasts and the dance-curious.
