Portland'5 Centers for the Arts needed presentation templates as dynamic as the artists performing in their five venues. Pairing brand elements with photos from performances, I crafted decks in both PowerPoint and Canva to make them easily usable across departments. The decks incorporated photos from performances, eye catching data visuals, and pages for every department's needs. The results? Executive Director presentations that moved the needle, volunteer trainings that inspired, and rental pitches that drove sales.
Portland Ovations Pitch Deck
When Portland Ovations needed a show-stopping pitch deck to encourage high-level donors to support their Raising The Barre initiative, I paired my background in performance with my design skills to craft a presentation that brought the drama. The deck, built in PowerPoint, featured the Ovations Branding, stunning photography of world-renowned dance performers, and data visualizations that stood out. It also incorporated photos of the staff as young dancers that tug at the heartstrings. The combinations drove contributions, resulting in a successful launch of a program that would change the dance landscape.
JoyRX Report Decks
JoyRX is an organization known for bringing brightness to the world through providing therapeutic music opportunities for children battling Cancer and their families. When tasked with developing reporting decks for the organization, I created presentations as joyful as the staff themselves. The presentations, created in PowerPoint and Google Slides, incorporated the branded fonts and colors. Each deck included space for imagery from their campaigns, bright data visuals, and creative accents meant to reflect the playfulness and joy of their mission, such as the music note theme in the example below. These presentations led to increased marketing performance and partnership growth within their community of sponsors.
